The Emmanuel Apostolic Church has been ministering to the Adairville, Kentucky community for many years.  We are affiliated with the Emmanuel Churches of Christ, headquartered in Donelson, Tennessee.  We were founded on the Oneness-Pentecostal belief and still embrace it today.  We are an extension of the first century Apostolic church that began on the day of Pentecost.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God.

We believe that there is one God and his name is Jesus.  In (KJV) I John 5:7, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."  In (KJV) John 1:1, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." v.14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us..."  There are many other scriptures in the Bible about the oneness of God.

We believe that salvation is based on (KJV) Acts 2:38 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."  Therefore you must repent with a Godly sorrow, be baptized in the Name of Jesus, and he will fill you will his Holy Spirit.  In Matthew 28:19, we have been commissioned to teach all nations and baptize in the NAME of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  That NAME is Jesus.
